  1. What Will You Do?     


    Define and refine strategy for partner selection.

    Inspire a cross-functional team as well as senior business leadership and executives in a unified direction in order to realize overall business performance enhancement.

    Revisit and analyze current deal impact to learn what actionable things can be done to optimize them moving forward

    Think strategically about new business models, and product integrations with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions and drive innovation through partners (Medium-long term)

    Be a representative of the business to prospective businesses and their consumers during deal making, must be a likable and relatable individual who will bring out a similar image of the business hence attracting these prospects and retaining consumers for continued/enhanced revenue generation.

    Support sales plan development

    Work alongside the Company Leaders to understand the product vision and be able to communicate it convincingly to internal and external stakeholders

    Establish and own strong working relationships with key stakeholders ( Operations, Technology teams, Finance, Investors, etc.) to track progress of OKRs and intended outcomes, monitor tripwires, identify opportunities with market insights, and analyze trends of wins/shortfalls in order to accelerate results.

    Define and drive the cadence of planning performance and metrics to ensure we are setting product/business objectives aligned with Core Product long term vision and are accountable to achieving them.

    Develop frameworks and reports to assess the health of the Core teams and help leaders make the necessary changes in order to improve the effectiveness of the organization.

    Work with the leadership to develop and scale the team culture. Ensure the culture is unique, desirable, and supports high performance.

    Serve as an evangelist both inside Kiwibot and externally

    Exceptional negotiator and strategic relationship builder with a proven track record in delivering effective top and bottom line results against aggressive goals.

    Charismatic leader with a strong analytical acumen and business judgment focused on the quality of business development and sales team engagement.

    Experience partnering with multi-billion corporations and internal business units on complex business agreements that involve branding, revenue sharing, promotional/advertising execution, data sharing, B2B/B2C agreements, amongst others.

    Track record of working with other senior business development leaders within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. 

    Proven and successful experience in prospecting and generating opportunities, leading to a business’s revenue generation and increased productivity.

    Confident “team captain” who does not shy away “getting his hands dirty”, reaching out to consumers and prospects, always looking to guarantee best experience and maximize business value. 

    Operations

    Highly focused on driving businesses towards successful operationalization, execution and value creation through value-based and people-centered, culture driven management style.

    Agile project manager with outstanding track record of business expansion, technology and innovative projects in Latin America, the US and Europe, always keeping business sustainability and continuity front and center.

    Have a passion for design, research and business analysis as well as inspiring and directing teams to draw practical and actionable insights/solutions that promote informed strategy-formulation and decision-making.

    Historical experience of ownership and impact in operations

    Leadership skills - you have a demonstrated track record of developing high-performance teams and culture building. You hold teams accountable to planning, and lead efforts to ensure transparency into product performance.

    Self driven - you're proactive and able to navigate through ambiguity and complexity.

    Data informed, project/process management - you use data to make great decisions, you have the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple priorities, and you can get things done in a fast-paced environment.
