Be a representative of the business to prospective businesses and their consumers during deal making, must be a likable and relatable individual who will bring out a similar image of the business hence attracting these prospects and retaining consumers for continued/enhanced revenue generation.
Support sales plan development
Work alongside the Company Leaders to understand the product vision and be able to communicate it convincingly to internal and external stakeholders
Establish and own strong working relationships with key stakeholders ( Operations, Technology teams, Finance, Investors, etc.) to track progress of OKRs and intended outcomes, monitor tripwires, identify opportunities with market insights, and analyze trends of wins/shortfalls in order to accelerate results.
Define and drive the cadence of planning performance and metrics to ensure we are setting product/business objectives aligned with Core Product long term vision and are accountable to achieving them.
Develop frameworks and reports to assess the health of the Core teams and help leaders make the necessary changes in order to improve the effectiveness of the organization.
Work with the leadership to develop and scale the team culture. Ensure the culture is unique, desirable, and supports high performance.
Serve as an evangelist both inside Kiwibot and externally
