What is the Kiwibot U Program about?

The Kiwibot U Startup Program is a fixed-term job with a duration of 4 to 6 months, in which you will have the chance to know Kiwibot inside out and experience the real tech startup environment through intensive training and exposure.

You will get the chance to receive intense training in the U.S. ; we cover your flight tickets, accommodations, and travel insurance. We also provide you with food asssistance during your stay in the U.S.

The exact city where you will be allocated depends upon the operational availability of the moment, but don’t worry you will be notified in advance.

You can be part of this program either by applying as an Operations Coordinator, or as a Maintenance Technician.

What does a day of training look like?

Prepare the robots and make sure they are working well before and after operations.

Do daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.

Build a launch plan and budget for each new site you're launching to operationalize a fleet of robots in a matter of weeks.

Continually innovate on launch playbooks to help scale our other cities.

Drive initial adoption of the service through launch marketing campaigns in close coordination with our partners as well as our Central Operations team.

Be an operations point-of-contact for our partner POCs and other stakeholders for tactical actions.

Work cross-functionally with our Operations, Business Development and Engineering tactical teams to streamline processes and tactics.

Have an owner mentality on all performance KPIs for a best-in-class robot delivery service for your site/s.

What do we need from you?

If you are interested in the Maintenance Technician role

Requirements

• A valid visa for the United States
• A good English level, written and spoken.
• Valid drivers license (desired, not required)
• Complete COVID-19 vaccination program.
• Immediate availability to travel.
• Mechanical, electronical, mechatronic knowledge.

Daily training

• Make sure the robot fleet works before operation.
• Technical support on field to the robots fleet .
• Update inventory of spare parts and maintenance tools.
• Carry out shipping support with robots and spares parts.
• Attend the scheduled meetings with the zone manager.
• Record maintenance reports of the robot flee.
• Perform the maintenance related tasks assigned by priority.

eventuality.
• Be an on-site point of contact for our
stakeholders.
• Continually innovate on launch
playbooks to help scale our
